Silverpark Network Agreement / Terms of Service / Disclaimer Silverpark.net is a global free web hosting service. We provide medium to large sites with the opportunity to be hosted in our community with all the features that a pay-per service host provides. We do it for free. Agreement In this Service Agreement ("Agreement") "you" and "your" refer to each customer, "we", us" and "our" refer to Silverpark.net and "Services" refers to the services provided by us. This includes, but is not limited to, any dispute related to, or arising out of: (1) any term of this Agreement or Internet Silverpark.net's enforcement or application of this Agreement; (2) any policy or practice of Silverpark.net, including enforcement of acceptable Use Policy; (3) the content available through Silverpark.net or the Internet or any change in content provided through Silverpark.net; (4) your ability to access and/or use Silverpark.net.You understand Silverpark.net is not required to provide notice prior to terminating your account for violating the terms and conditions, but it may choose to do so. You (as a member) take full responsibility for your site's nature and content and agree that Silverpark is in no way responsible for what you choose to display, while abiding by these terms and conditions. Furthermore, as the broadcasting services of DirecTV Inc. and Echostar Communications Corp. cannot legally be distributed within Canada, their broadcasts have been legally interpreted as "foreign signals" and Canadian Law has also been legally interpreted as NOT currently regulating nor protecting "foreign signals" . Canadian law has been legally interpreted to regulate and protect signals originating ONLY from a "Lawful" Canadian Distributor. This has been decided and UPHELD in several recent Canadian legal proceedings. Court transcripts of these proceedings are available on request. 9) You understand that if you do not agree with any of the above conditions, then you are directed to leave now! We reserve the right to make necessary changes to these terms & conditions at any time. Users will be notified in the news when this happens. |
